Hazardous Material Truck Driver (Full Time)

Compass Natural Gas Partners is a pioneer in the burgeoning mobile pipeline industry. Compass transports compressed natural gas (CNG) to industrial customers and vehicle fleets that want to use natural gas but don’t have access to a natural gas pipeline. Compass is growing and we’re looking for drivers to join our team. Drivers will be delivering CNG trailers from our Montoursville, Pennsylvania terminal to customers in Pennsylvania and surrounding states. Our tractors and trailers are brand new and state-of-the-art.

Job Expectations & Details:

CNG training provided; no prior CNG experience is required • Job involves delivering, hooking up, and disconnecting 40’ CNG trailers at customer site • Compressed natural gas does not put the driver into contact with the product, so no bulky PPE is required – work is clean, safe, and straightforward • $25 per hour and guaranteed 40-hour weekly minimum • Employee benefits available • Start and end times will vary within a certain, predictable range, so flexibility is required


• Possess a CDL Class A license, or be able to obtain one by start date • Possess tanker and Hazmat endorsements, or be able to obtain them by start date • At least 3 years hazmat driving experience • Ability to pass a background and MVR check • Be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated • Have a great attitude and strong work ethic • Flexibility and “can-do” attitude to get the work done efficiently and safely • Have the ability to deal with customers in a professional manner
